This is a Park Resorts group site, which means visitors have access to great sports and watersports facilities, pools both indoor and out, and a frisky programme of family entertainment for the evenings. For the under 11s, the children’s clubs feature activities to please sporty, arty or smarty pants alike, and there’s an undercover play area for tots and an outdoor adventure playground, too.
Aside from the chippie and other takeaway food, the on-site Boathouse bar and restaurant serves up a good range of grub - and the best bit is that there’s a lovely beach right outside where you can stroll it all off...

Liked: The general set up of the site. Professional service from the reception down to the chatty bloke who looks after the Toilet block. Disliked: Bins over full on our leaving day - left over from previous days. |

Directions
To find us follow the A12 north from Ipswich. At Kessingland take the 3rd exit from roundabout towards the beach. Follow the road through the village. At the beach follow the road to the right. After 400 yards take the left fork towards the park.
Permitted arrival time
From 12pm. Pitches should be vacated by 10am on the day of departure
Cancellation policy
It may be necessary to cancel your holiday due to illness, accident or change of circumstances. As soon as you know you need to cancel, call our administration team using the number in your confirmation.
Cancellation charges are calculated as follows from the date of cancellation:
7 days or less 100% of holiday cost
8-28 days 90% of holiday cost
29-42 days 50% of holiday cost
43-55 days 30% of holiday cost
Please note that your deposit paid to Pitchup.com is non-refundable.
Payment of balance
Park Resorts' friendly booking team will contact you to take the balance for your holiday by credit/debit card once you have paid your deposit to Pitchup.com.
