We are a family-run pub in Warwickshire with a large beer garden and breeding pigs! Camping is available on a well drained grass field.
The site is informal and relaxed, and children and dogs are welcome.
Facilities are basic - water only on field (no chemical disposal point), with pub toilets open 24 hours.
Live music is on offer on Friday nights and there's plenty to see and do locally.

We clearly state that we do not have chemical waste disposal on our site- we are a biological site and Blue Elsan would kill the treatment plant off- any grey water can be disposed of in our normal toilets which are open 24 hours per day. |

Liked: I camped with a friend at The Wharf Inn for one night over the early May bank holiday weekend. Many sites seem to require a minimum stay of 2 or 3 nights on bank holidays. This was not the case at The Wharf Inn, which I was really pleased about as I was only free to go away for one night. There were no issues with both of us being male. Disliked: In the short time I was there, there's nothing I could fault about The Wharf Inn and I'd definitely return. All I'd add is that, given the rural location, there's not a lot to find within the immediate vicinity other than the opportunity to enjoy a stroll or bike ride in the countryside, but it's no problem if you have a car. The on-site facilities certainly provide all the essentials ... |

Unfortunately we are out in the sticks and as such have our own biological treatment plant for sewerage. Any introduction of chemicals would have a catastrophic effect on the treatment plant and potentially the local watercourse. We are considering installing a septic tank for chemical toilets, but there would have to be a charge. We try to make all of this clear before you arrive, glad you liked us at least! |
