Somers Wood Caravan Park is a friendly, family run, five-star park exclusively for adults. Sit back, relax and enjoy the peace and tranquility we have to offer all year round!
Our pitches are very spacious and all have electric hook-up and hardstanding - some with grass and some without - and some are fully serviced. Calor gas is available to purchase on the park. For a small fee you can have full internet access during your stay. Our local Chinese and Indian takeaways will deliver your meal to the park - menus can be found in the information cabin.
Our excellent facilities include a heated shower/toilet block with private cubicles, hairdryers in the ladies and gents with an additional shaving socket in the gents. No push-button showers here, just lots of hot water literally on tap! We have a separate disabled facility that is located away from the main shower/toilet block: a key can be provided on check-in if required.

Nearby attractions and activities
Within easy walking distance of the park is golf, fishing and the village of Meriden. Somers Wood is an ideal base for touring, walking or cycling in the Heart of England. You can easily explore all the attractions this particular area has to offer.
Adjacent to us is Stonebridge Golf Centre. They have a 27-hole championship golf course, driving range, clubhouse and restaurant, all available to non-members. Don't play golf but just fancy a beer and a bar snack, or maybe breakfast? Stroll across and indulge yourself.
Coarse fishing is also available. Packington coarse fishery consists of seven main pools totalling 20 acres of water. A trout fishery is just a short drive away.
About three miles away is the National Exhibition Centre (NEC), hosting many exhibitions including the caravan and motorhome shows in February and October. Please book early if you would like to stay with us, as we do get fully booked for all major shows and concerts that are staged at the NEC.

Liked: regular visitor to Somers Wood, the site is great,more than enough room for your van, awning and car. nothing is ever a problem for the owners and staff and always feel safe on the site with the barriers and someone always on call. Disliked: nothing :) |

Junction 6 M42 - exit signed A45 to Coventry - keep left (do not go over the flyover) down to the roundabout - turn right onto the A452 signed Meriden/Leamington - next roundabout turn left onto B4102 Hampton Lane - site is ½mile on the left hand side.
We are also located 3 miles from the M6 - Junction 4.
Local train stations are Hampton-in-Arden or Birmingham International (NEC) both stations approx 3 miles from the park.
Bus Service 900 from Meriden Village - Birmingham - Coventry
Buss Service 82 from just outside the park on Hampton Lane - restricted service - Coventry - Solihull.
