Using your sat nav. Please be aware that for some reason the sat nav. will take you past the end of the farm drive and down to the end of the road! (we have no idea why!) So once you are on our lane please look out for the farm entrance. White railings and our farm sign.

M6 North or South
Exit at Junction 15. At the first roundabout take the third exit onto the A519.
At the traffic lights turn right onto the A5035. (There should be an Eddie Stobart Office on the corner on your right).
Follow the A5035 until you reach a roundabout. At the roundabout turn left onto the A53 signposted for Shrewsbury/Market Drayton.
Follow the A53 towards Shrewsbury/Market Drayton until you reach Loggerheads. At Loggerheads cross straight over the mini-roundabouts staying on the A53.
Approx. 2-3 miles out of Loggerheads you need to take a left turn. This turn is the first left turn available after Loggerheads, however it is at the bottom of a dip as the road bares to the left and is easily missed, it is sign posted for “Hales”. Follow the road until you reach Hales, turn left at the church. (The view to the right at this junction is lovely!)
Follow the road down into the valley, as you climb up the bank on the other side you will come into the little hamlet of Chipnal.
Ignore the first left turn on the bend as you enter Chipnal and take the next left turn at a grass triangle, signposted for Chipnal Lees. You should see a red telephone box by a large oak tree as you turn in. You are now on Moss Lane.
You will find us approx. half a mile up Moss Lane on the left. Our farm entrance has white railings and our farm sign.
Turn left and head down the farm drive for approx. a quarter of a mile. Please drive carefully on the drive as it is also a public footpath and may have pedestrians or horses on it.

M54 Junction 3
On leaving the motorway at junction 3 join the A41 heading for Newport/Whitchurch.
Stay on the A41 until you have crossed 4 roundabouts.
After the forth roundabout travel for approx 2 miles until you come to a right turn
signposted for Knighton/Cheswardine. Take the right turn, follow the road which goes over a hump back bridge, and on a left had bend take the second turn left signposted Cheswardine, there is also a sign for Barlows Nurseries. Stay on this road until you come up to a crossroad, go straight across and stay on the road until you come into the village of Cheswardine. Carry on through Cheswardine until you come to the Fox and Hounds pub on the left and take the right turn in front of the church. Follow the road up to the T junction and turn left. As you travel up this road you will come to a grass triangle with a tree in the middle, follow the road as it goes around a right hand bend.
After about 100 metres you will come to a right turn with another small grass triangle
signposted for Chipnal Lees. Take the turning right. You will see a red telephone box by an oak tree as you turn in, you are now on Moss Lane.
You will find Lipley Farm about half a mile along Moss Lane on the left. The entrance to the farm drive had white railing and our farm sign.
Head down the farm drive for about a quarter of a mile. Please drive carefully on the drive as it is also a public footpath and may have pedestrians on it.
 
From Shrewsbury on the A53 (or the A41 joining A53 at Ternhill)

From Ternhill roundabout (where the A41 and A53 cross) follow the A53 towards Market Drayton. Go straight over 2 roundabouts (the second roundabout has a pub next to it called “The Gingerbread Man”).
Carry on along the A53 and under a bridge, next you should see “Tunstall Hall” on your left and further on “Buttercross Farm Shop” also on the left.
After the Buttercross you need to take the 2nd right. This turning is approx 1 mile, the road goes down into a dip and the turning is in the bottom of this dip. It is signposted to “Hales”,there is also a sign for Park Farm Beef.
Follow this lane until you come into Hales and turn left at the church. (The view to the right at this junction is lovely!)
