Lakeside Springs lies just one mile from the coastal town of Sutton on Sea, with its beautiful beaches, and has seven-acre fishing lake on site.

The lakeside site has been upgraded over the years with new concrete pitches, tarmac parking bays and all the grassed areas re-turfed. Lakeside Springs also has a small number of rental vans for hire.

There is a children's play area as well the fishing lakes and security gates. Guests can also enjoy the heated swimming pool at nearby Trusthorpe Springs.

Liked: The peace & quiet! Not loads of kids (although there is a little playground if you have got kids).
The caretaker was very friendly, we were delayed & arrived quite late at night but he stayed up & let us in.
The shower was broken in the toilet blocks (which are small, 3 toilets, 1 shower only), but the caretaker left a static caravan open so the tourers could use the facilities, which was very convenient.
Even though ...

Disliked: If we were there for longer may be more facilities would be required but for a quiet weekend break it was fine.

Liked: We were met by the very friendly and helpful Neville who we presumed was the overall site manager. He was extremely kind and very helpful as it would appear that our booking had not made it through to the site office. Neville took us to the pitch and directed us in safely. He ensured that we were aware of all amenities and also the fact that a sister site was nearby with a pool and ...
