The lakeside site has been upgraded over the years with new concrete pitches, tarmac parking bays and all the grassed areas re-turfed. Lakeside Springs also has a small number of rental vans for hire.
There is a children's play area as well the fishing lakes and security gates. Guests can also enjoy the heated swimming pool at nearby Trusthorpe Springs.

Mablethorpe is close by with all its amusements, arcades, indoor market and beautiful beaches. Market Rasen racecourse is also near with some evening meetings during the summer.
The charming Lincolnshire market towns of Alford, with its magnificent five-sailed mill and Manor House, and Louth with its picturesque church and spire are also nearby.

Liked: The peace & quiet! Not loads of kids (although there is a little playground if you have got kids). Disliked: If we were there for longer may be more facilities would be required but for a quiet weekend break it was fine. |

Liked: We were met by the very friendly and helpful Neville who we presumed was the overall site manager. He was extremely kind and very helpful as it would appear that our booking had not made it through to the site office. Neville took us to the pitch and directed us in safely. He ensured that we were aware of all amenities and also the fact that a sister site was nearby with a pool and ... Disliked: Nil |

7m x 7m approximate grass pitch with 13-amp electric hook-up. All of the pitches are on a grassed area near the children's play area. One dog included in the price. Sorry - no gazebos or pup tents.
