Directions
Head to Chapel St Leonards along the A52, turn onto Trunch Lane and follow the road towards the village centre. You will find the Golden Palm Resort on your right-hand side after the second bend in the road.

Cancellation policy
Should you cancel after you have paid your balance, we will only offer a refund of your payment if we can relet the caravan for your reserved dates.
Please note that your deposit paid to Pitchup.com is non-refundable.
Payment of balance
You balance is payable four weeks before your holiday date, or as soon as possible if your holiday is within four weeks.
The holiday park will contact you for the balance. Should you fail to pay within this time scale we will re-let your reserved dates without any notification.
A security bond of £20 will be charged when you check in to your accommodation. This must be paid in cash and will be returned at the end of your stay providing your accommodation has been left in good order. The bond is taken as security against and major damage to your accommodation. Quilts and pillows are provided but you must ensure you have quilt covers, sheets and pillowcases. Failiure to use these will result in losing your bond.
