Liked: The excellent quality of the toilet and shower blocks. The layout of the site gives a spacious feel after the first field. Convenient for town and station, about 20 minute walk. Friendly helpful staff. Disliked: The condition users left the facilities in. Mud on floors (not footprints but mud), lights left on and taps and showers left running. There is a large play field and rules say no ball games in camping areas, mainly ignored and our unit was struck more than once by balls, even though the play field was right next to us. |
